Applications for undergraduate mentees and early-career professionals (less than 5 years of experience) are now open from September 1-26, 2021.

Mentorship Program highlights:
- Unique trio format (undergraduate + early-career professional/graduate student + experienced mentor)
- Three online events (about two hours each)
- Trios meet independently for an additional 6 hours
- Receive certificate when completing all 12 hours
Online events:
- October 28, 2021, 5:30-7 PM MT - Introduction event
- January 13, 2022, 5:30-7 PM MT - Professional development event, topic TBA
- March 31, 2022, 5:30-7 PM MT - Professional development closing event, topic TBA
Independent trio meetings: complete 6 hours by March 31, 2022
Application Fees:
- Mentors (Experienced Professionals who have ≥ 5 years of experience in their field) are exempt from this fee.
- Mentees (i.e. Early-Career Professionals, Graduate Students (Master's and PhDs), Post-docs, Professional Students and Undergraduate Students) pay a refundable $25.00 deposit.
Refund process:
- *Applicants who are accepted into the program will be refunded their monetary 25.00 deposit at the end of the program if they meet the minimum 6 hours and attend at least two out of three online events.
- Applicants who are not accepted into the program will be refunded their deposit within three weeks of notification of their status in the program.
Note: All applicants, except experienced mentors, need to pay a $25 deposit at the time of application. This amount is refundable upon completing the program.
